Terms and conditions

1. Purpose

This Policy explains which products, services, and business models are not allowed on Arkus. We may refuse onboarding, disable checkouts, suspend payouts, or terminate accounts when prohibited activity is detected.

2. Illegal or regulated activity

You may not use Arkus to sell, facilitate, or promote:

• Products or services that are illegal in the seller’s or buyer’s jurisdiction
• Stolen goods, counterfeit items, or pirated content
• Products that require licenses/authorizations you do not hold
• Content or services designed to help others break laws or evade enforcement

3. Weapons and dangerous items

Prohibited:

• Firearms, ammunition, firearm parts, silencers, and “ghost gun” components
• Explosives, detonators, fireworks intended for professional/industrial use, or instructions for weaponization
• Illegal weapons or weapon modifications (e.g., switchblades where restricted)

4. Drugs, controlled substances, and restricted medications

Prohibited:

• Narcotics, controlled substances, and drug paraphernalia marketed for illegal use
• Sale of prescription medications without valid authorization
• Products making unlawful medical claims or facilitating unlawful drug distribution

5. Adult content and sexually explicit services

Prohibited:

• Pornographic content or services
• Sexual services, escorting, or any form of sexual exploitation
• Any content that sexualizes minors (strictly prohibited)

6. Hate, harassment, and discriminatory content

Prohibited:

• Content that promotes violence, hatred, or discrimination against protected groups
• Harassment, intimidation, or targeted abuse
• Extremist propaganda or recruitment materials

7. Fraud, deception, and high-risk schemes

Prohibited:

• Scams, impersonation, false claims, and deceptive marketing
• Pyramid schemes, Ponzi schemes, or “get rich quick” programs
• Sale of documents or services intended to commit fraud (e.g., fake IDs)

8. Financial crime facilitation

Prohibited:

• Money laundering, structuring, or transactions intended to disguise funds
• Services that explicitly facilitate chargebacks, stolen payment data, or “carding”
• Sale of bank accounts, payment credentials, or compromised data

9. Data, privacy, and surveillance

Prohibited:

• Spyware, malware, keyloggers, phishing kits, or hacking tools intended for misuse
• Products/services that enable unauthorized surveillance or interception
• Sale of personal data without lawful basis and proper consent

10. Gambling and wagering (where restricted)

Prohibited unless explicitly approved in writing by Arkus and lawful:

• Online gambling services, betting, lotteries, or wagering platforms
• “Loot box” style mechanics where regulated as gambling

11. Intellectual property violations

Prohibited:

• Counterfeit goods, replicas, or trademark-infringing products
• Copyright-infringing digital products, keys, or unauthorized downloads
• Services primarily designed to distribute infringing content

12. Enforcement and reporting

Arkus may:

• Request documentation (licenses, proofs of authenticity, compliance evidence)
• Remove products, disable payment methods, hold funds, or terminate accounts
• Report illegal activity to authorities where required
