This Policy defines what is permitted and prohibited when using Arkus.

2. Prohibited behavior

You may not:

  • Use Arkus for unlawful activities, fraud, deception, or money laundering
  • Process payments without authorization or using stolen payment methods
  • Misrepresent products, pricing, delivery timelines, or business identity
  • Abuse disputes, refunds, or chargebacks
  • Interfere with security controls, verification, or platform integrity
  • Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or attack Arkus systems

3. Restricted or high-risk categories

Certain goods/services may be restricted or prohibited depending on jurisdiction, card network rules, and Arkus policies. Arkus may require additional verification or documentation.

4. Enforcement

We may:

  • Apply reserves, holds, and payout delays
  • Request additional verification
  • Suspend, limit, or terminate accounts
  • Block or reverse transactions where permitted
  • Report activity to authorities where legally required
