This Policy defines what is permitted and prohibited when using Arkus.
2. Prohibited behavior
You may not:
- Use Arkus for unlawful activities, fraud, deception, or money laundering
- Process payments without authorization or using stolen payment methods
- Misrepresent products, pricing, delivery timelines, or business identity
- Abuse disputes, refunds, or chargebacks
- Interfere with security controls, verification, or platform integrity
- Attempt to scrape, reverse engineer, or attack Arkus systems
3. Restricted or high-risk categories
Certain goods/services may be restricted or prohibited depending on jurisdiction, card network rules, and Arkus policies. Arkus may require additional verification or documentation.
4. Enforcement
We may:
- Apply reserves, holds, and payout delays
- Request additional verification
- Suspend, limit, or terminate accounts
- Block or reverse transactions where permitted
- Report activity to authorities where legally required
