1. Purpose
This Policy describes how to report suspected misconduct, fraud, abuse, policy violations, or illegal activity related to Arkus Services.
2. What you can report
You may report:
- Fraud, scams, deceptive practices, or impersonation
- Prohibited or illegal products/services sold through Arkus
- Security issues or suspected account compromise
- Harassment, hate, discrimination, or abusive content
- Intellectual property violations (counterfeit, piracy)
- Privacy or data misuse
- Any activity that violates Arkus policies or applicable laws
3. How to report
Use one of the channels below:
- Email: report@arkus.com
- Support (general): support@arkus.com
Include as much detail as possible (links, order IDs, dates, screenshots, and a description of what happened).
4. Confidentiality
We handle reports with care. We may share information:
- Internally with teams responsible for investigation and enforcement
- With service providers assisting investigations (as necessary)
- With authorities when required by law or to protect users and the platform
5. No retaliation
Arkus does not tolerate retaliation against individuals who submit reports in good faith. Reports made in bad faith (intentionally false) may result in enforcement actions.
6. Investigation and actions
After reviewing a report, Arkus may:
- Request additional information
- Restrict features or disable listings
- Suspend or terminate accounts
- Hold or delay payouts where legally permitted
- Report illegal activity to authorities
7. Updates
We may update this Policy and change the “Last updated” date.
